Termination

You agree that Glitterati Gossip, in its sole discretion, may remove and discard all or any part of your comments made in any comment areas, for any reason whatsoever at Glitterati Gossip's sole discretion. Glitterati Gossip may also at its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the website known as Glitterati Gossip or any part thereof, or any activity governed by this Agreement with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to Glitterati Gossip or any activity governed by this Agreement may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that Glitterati Gossip shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any such termination.

Miscellaneous

The failure of Glitterati Gossip to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Submitting Tips and Information

We accept tips and information for publication, however, please keep in mind that it's our policy never to accept anonymous information when readers submit items to Glitterati Gossip.  We will never reveal your identity, nor will we sell or make public your personal information {please see our privacy policy}, however we do not respond to anonymous email.  We must have a way to contact you for verification of your submitted items, therefore please make sure when submitting tips and information for publication to Glitterati Gossip that your email address is current; you will receive a response from us concerning your submitted item{s}.
