Ellen Barkin Sues Ex For 3.4 Million

Ellen Barkin is suing her ex-husband Ron Perelman for $3.4 million because she says he promised to pay the money to her production company before they became divorced.

Barkin was already awarded 40 million in her divorce from Perelman last year, but in a suit filed last Tuesday in Manhattan Supreme Court, she alleged she's still owed more.

In her suit, she says Perelman had promised to pay more than $3.4 million to Applehead Pictures (her new production company) when he became partners with her and her brother George Barkin. Her suit says the money was due in eight payments, four payments in 2006 and 2007.

Barkin says she had requested numerous times that he pay up, but she hasn't received a dime.

A spokeswoman for Perelman told NYP PageSix that he's waiting for evidence that the production company has actually produced anything, insisting, "She (Barkin) has not complied with any of her obligations under the agreement."

Last October, Barkin auctioned off jewelry which she had acquired during her marriage to Perelman, including a $1.5 million apricot diamond ring, while Forbes listed Perelman among the wealthiest American's with an estimated wealth of $6.1 billion.

Page Six says that last year when Perelman was at the Waverly Inn with a date, Barkin hurled a glass of water in his face and told his date, "I feel sorry for you that you have to (bleep) him tonight."

Anne Heche Gets The Furniture

A Los Angeles judge awarded Anne Heche some furniture - including an armchair and a footstool - in her ongoing divorce battle with estranged husband Coley Laffoon.

Laffoon filed for divorce from Heche back in February right after Heche's affair with "Men In Trees" co-star James Tupper went public.

In documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court earlier this month, Laffoon claimed he returned to the Los Angeles home they alternately shared to find some items missing -including a king-size bed. Laffoon accused Heche of stealing the items and then tried to bar her from going in at will and taking things from the house.

However, the actress insisted the items belonged to her before they were married and the judge agreed, ruling that she can keep the furniture and other items.

What I don't understand is why they continued to share a house after Laffoon filed for a divorce. Maybe they (or Laffoon) hoped they could work their troubles out and stay together.  Just a guess.

Charlie Sheen Claims Another Victim

Charlie Sheen has claimed another innocent young gal. The "Two and a Half Men" star is engaged to his girlfriend of a year, Brooke Mueller.

Sheen proposed to Mueller, a real estate investor, on a Costa Rican beach with a $500,000 rock.

This will be Sheen's third trip down the aisle. He was married to Donna Peele from 1995-96 and was officially divorced from Denise Richards, with whom he has two daughters, Sam, 3, and Lola, 2, in November after a three-year marriage. The frostiness between Sheen and Richards from the the demise of their union seems to have dissipated as Richards was spotted out and about with Mueller and Sam last week.

Sheen, once engaged to Kelly Preston, whom he shot in the arm, also has a 22-year-old daughter, Cassandra, from his relationship with Paula Profit.

Criss Angel Says The Truth Will Come Out

Criss Angel recently spoke to OK! magazine about rumors and accusations centering on his wife's recent decision to split with the "Mindfreak" star:

"It's a very sad and emotional time. It's a private matter that she and her lawyer decided to make a public spectacle of it."

"If you look at when I met Cameron and when [Joanne] filed for divorce - which is more than a year ago - you'll see that the two have nothing to do with each other. Cameron is my friend and is unfortunately dragged into the mix of this because of people trying to perpetuate their career."

On Friday, the attorney for Joanna Sarantakos told reporters that divorce papers had been filed citing mental cruelty and abandonment and further plans to subpoena Diaz has a witness in the case would be carried out.

Angel says he's a man of integrity and believes the truth will come out in the end:

"When the truth comes out...everyone will see their devious scheme and will understand what their whole motive truly is. The world will see that I am a man of integrity and of my word. We will see what her true motive is."

Johnny Knoxville Files For Divorce

Johnny Knoxville has filed for divorce from his wife of 12 years, Melanie, citing "irreconcilable" differences" as the reason for calling it quits.

Knoxville, whose real name is Philip John Clapp, filed documents on Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

He is seeking joint custody of their 11-year-old daughter, Madison.

The couple have bee separated since July 2006.

Comedian Wayne Brady's Wife Files For Divorce

Mandie Brady, wife of comedian Wayne Brady, filed divorce documents on Monday in Los Angeles, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for ending their 7 year marriage. She is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old daughter, Maile.

The couple have been separated since April of last year.

The comedian is the winner of two Daytime Emmy awards, both for hosting "The Wayne Brady Show."

He also won an Emmy Award for his performance on the improvisational ensemble comedy game show, "Whose Line Is It Anyway?", hosted by Drew Carey.

So, illusionist Criss Angel is married?  This took me by surprise, especially since he's been linked to an array of women, including Paris Hilton, Minnie Driver and most recently, Cameron Diaz.

It seems his wife of 5 years has finally had enough of her husband's disappearing act and wants a divorce, citing adultery, among other things, as the reason.

What the hell took her so long? I mean, look, I don't deny he's a hottie, but c'mon...he's not worth losing your self respect over. I'll give her kudos though - at least she's finally bailing, which (if Angel's past and recent behavior is any indication) is a very smart move on her part.

She also claims he kept his marriage on the DL for publicity sake and hasn't given her a dime of his reported millions

Not true, says his attorney, who claims the accusations of mental cruelty and abandonment are unfounded, and "the notion that she's not being supported is simply not accurate."

In the meantime, Angel (real name Christopher Sarantakos) dedicated his latest stunt - a seeming escape from a box encased in concrete and suspended 40 feet above the ground near Time Square on June 5 - to actress Cameron Diaz, although Angel insists the two are just "good friends."

However, Diaz could very well find herself in court. Dominic Barbara, the attorney for Angel's wife, told a judge he plans to subpoena the actress in the divorce case, while Diaz' publicist and agent have so far not made any comments on the matter.

That said, her attorney should also subpoena Driver - and no doubt a plethora of other women, as well.  Why hang this solely on Diaz when it's obvious she's far from being the only woman he's been with?

"Babyface" Edmonds & Wife Divorce Final

It's Official. 

R&B star Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds and his wife of 13 years, Tracey, are both on the market again after a judge proclaimed on Friday that their marriage was over (the pair separated in October 2005).

They'll share custody of the kids - Brandon, 10, and Dylan, 6.

Tracey is currently involved with Mel B.'s babydaddy, Eddie Murphy.

Danny Bonaduce Lap Dances At Divorce Party

One thing can be said about Danny Bonaduce - he knows when to have a party and his friends certainly know how to throw it.

The actor plans to celebrate his divorce from his wife of 17 years, Gretchen Hillmer, this Thursday with a live radio broadcast from Key Club in West Hollywood, which will be hosted by his friend and co-host, Adam Corolla.

On tap to perform is Bonaduce's favorite rock band, Warrant, and in typical Bonaduce bravado, there will of course, be strippers.

This is Bonaduce's second divorce. He married Setsuko Hattori in 1985 and they divorced in 1988. On November 4, 1990, he met Gretchen on a blind date, and they were married later that same evening. Together they have two children, Countess Isabella Michaela Bonaduce (12) and Count Dante Jean Michel Bonaduce (6).

In 2001 he released his autobiography, "Random Acts of Badness, " which ended up on the New York Times Bestseller List and later he and Gretchen went on to star in "Breaking Bonaduce" on VH1, which chronicled his family's struggle to break the cycle of alcohol and drug addiction. Also in 2001, he co-hosted "The Other Half" on NBC, which aired from 2001 to 2003 and also featured Mario Lopez, Dick Clark and Jan Adams.

In 2006, Bonaduce won the Hasty Pudding Man of the Year Award.

In April of this year, Bonaduce celebrated one year of sobriety and kudos to him for doing so.  I'll always be a big fan and I'm sad that Danny and Gretchen are calling it quits.  I truly wish them both well.
