Deauville is the festival of American films held every year in France. Sure, why not? I didn't know much about it either. But this year, Ben and Casey Affleck were there, and so was Brad Pitt, who looked hot. A movie called "The Dead Girl" won first prize, but whatever. The important thing is that I just saw the file photos and there's a hilarious picture of Casey Affleck picking his nose.
HeatWorld says Sarah Jessica Parker's Carrie Bradshaw will in fact marry Mr. Big at the end of the "Sex And The City" movie. I would have warned you it was a spoiler, but give me a break. You had to see that coming a million miles away. If Carrie doesn't marry Big then TV and film audiences aren't suckers for a happy ending.
The Hollywood Reporter says Sean Penn will be cast as Harvey Milk, an early gay-rights activist and San Francisco board of supervisors member assassinated in 1978. Gus Van Sant directs the biopic; Matt Damon plays the killer colleague Dan White.
Jude Law hangs out at the 64th Venice International Film Festival in Venezia at the premiere of the film, "Sleuth."

On location in New York, Cameron Diaz, Lake Bell and Ashton Kutcher film the comedy, "What Happens In Vegas."
The movie centers around two people who discover they've gotten married following a night of debauchery, with one of them winning a huge jackpot after playing the other's quarter.

Wow - kids grow up fast. Believe it or not, the woman in the photo is Zoe Kravtiz (with actor Ben Foster) at the "310 To Yuma" film premiere. You remember little Zoe, right? She's the daughter of Lenny Kravitz and "The Cosby Show"'s most famous wild child, Lisa Bonet. I can't believe she's 19 now.
She's recently made her big screen debut in the film "No Reservations" with Catherine Zeta-Jones and Aaron Eckhart and she's also co-starring in Jodie Foster and Terrance Howard's new action thriller, "The Brave One," which hits theaters on September 14th. I'm super anxious to see this film because is looks like a really good one.

Prince made an appearance at the UK premiere of "The Bourne Ultimatum" looking mighty fine. The little man has always managed to carry himself off in a big way and I'm totally lovin' the suit.

Jimmy Fallon proposed to Nancy Juvonen over the weekend at her parents home in New Hampshire. Juvonen co-owns Flower Films with Drew Barrymore and has produced 10 films to date, including "Music and Lyrics," "50 First Dates," "Duplex," and "Donnie Darko."
Photos of the couple together are from King of Fashion Costume Institute Gala Event back in May. Individual photos of Juvonen are from the LA premiere of "50 First Dates," in 2004.
